How to use wire connectors | Circuit Board Wire Connectors
When you are transforming water and electricity, the electrical union prepares products such as wires, junction boxes, conduits, wire connectors, etc. Many owners of wire connectors are relatively unfamiliar, so what is the use of wire connectors? Next, the editor will give you a brief introduction.
According to experts, the use of wire connectors is very simple. We peel off the insulation layer of about 10mm according to the calibrated length, then lift the operating rod, put the wire into the connector and release the operating rod. Compared with the method of connecting with electrical tape, connecting the wires with the connector is safer and more reliable, and the operation is more simple and convenient. It has the advantages of flame retardancy, pressure resistance, insulation, simple operation, firm connection, direct current transmission between lines, strong versatility, and long service life.
In the renovation of the indoor circuit, the wires usually go through the ground and the walls; however, when we are wiring the kitchen and bathroom, the circuit is best to go through the walls and the roof. The ceilings of bathrooms and kitchens cannot be slotted. You install the wiring on the ceiling and cover it with a suspended ceiling. When slotting the circuit, we should pay attention to that, we can not slot on the load-bearing wall; when slotting on the wall, we should slot vertically. If it is necessary to slot vertically on the wall, the length of the transverse slot should not exceed 30cm.
During the circuit modification, there should be no joints in the conduit. If wire connections are required, they can be done in the junction box. Strong electricity and weak electricity are different through the same wire and tube. The wiring should be separated and a distance of 500mm should be kept to avoid electromagnetic interference caused by strong electricity to weak electricity. In the circuit layout, we also need to consider the use of electrical appliances in the home, and appropriately increase the capacity of the circuit; and reserve some switch sockets, so as not to increase the number of electrical sockets in the future.
